General
Description:
Upon entering the salon through the
double sliding glass doors, one finds a very comfortable saloon
with a convertible sofa (new) to port, with matching ottoman and
two occasional chairs to starboard. There is a teak, high/low
table in front of the sofa. All new carpeting in the main and
forward cabins and new, wood plank, vinyl flooring in the head
and galley. Forward on the starboard side is a wet bar with
bottle storage and a high capacity (new) Uline Ice Maker. The
27' Flat Panel Color TV and DVD sits just above and forward of
the wet bar. Two (2) Cruiseair, reverse cycle air-conditioners,
1, 16,000 BTU (New) & 1, 12,000 BTU with new digital
thermostats. Going forward, the galley is to port and down 2
steps. A pair of over & under bunks are to starboard. The bunk
room is very spacious with full length mirror, hanging closet
and drawer storage and curtain enclosure. Forward of the galley
and to port is a large head with enclosed stall shower and a
Vacuflush Marine Toile!
